The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve is composed of an imported pneumatic actuator and a triple eccentric sealing butterfly valve body. The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve has a simple and compact structure, convenient processing, and is easy to make into a large diameter. The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve has a self-cleaning effect, a small resistance coefficient, and a large flow capacity. Equipped with a valve positioner, the operation can be controlled by inputting a control signal (4-20mADC) and a 0.44-0.7MPa air source. The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve is suitable for regulating the flow of suspended particles and thick and turbid slurry fluids. Clean media can be selected with valve plates and soft seals (rubber rings, PTFE rings) to reduce leakage (up to zero leakage), and triple eccentric hard seal valve bodies can be used for high-temperature and high-pressure conditions. Pneumatic regulating butterfly valve is a better device for regulating flow and cutting off fluid in automatic control system. Therefore, pneumatic regulating butterfly valves are widely used in pipelines with corrosive media such as metallurgy, power, petroleum, chemical, air, gas, combustible gases, and water supply and drainage, where the medium temperature is ≤ 550 ºC.

   
Product Features

1. Simple, small in size, light in weight, low in flow resistance, high in flow coefficient, and good in sealing performance. Wide adjustment range. It is the execution unit of instruments in an automation control system.

2. The pneumatic regulating butterfly valve adopts an electro-pneumatic valve locator, powered by electrical signals and compressed air, and receives a 4-20mADC current signal input from the control system. The regulator converts the compressed air into an air source pressure signal for input and output, changing the rotation angle of the valve plate (0-90 ° arbitrary angle), and has good parameters such as regulating and controlling flow.

3. The pneumatic actuator adopts a piston type cylinder and a curved arm conversion structure, with large output torque and small volume. It adopts a fully sealed waterproof design with high protection level. The cylinder body adopts a mirror shaped cylinder with no oil lubrication, low friction coefficient, corrosion resistance, strong durability and reliability. All transmission bearings adopt boundary self-lubricating bearings without oil lubrication, ensuring that the transmission shaft is not damaged by friction.
