2. The sealing surface is machined from stainless steel or welded with hard alloy, which is not easy to wear and scratch, and has good sealing performance. There is no relative sliding between the valve disc and the valve body sealing surface during opening and closing, so both wear and scratch are equal

3. For valves with PN ≤ 4.0MPa and DN<200, a single disc structure is adopted, and the medium flows from below the disc into above the disc (i.e. low inlet and high outlet). For valves with DN ≥ 250, a double disc structure is adopted, and the medium flows from above the disc into below (i.e. high inlet and low outlet). On the one hand, it meets the needs of the internal bypass valve structure, and on the other hand, the closing force of the valve is greatly reduced due to the effect of medium pressure. At the same time, for nominal pressure PN ≥ 6.3MPa, DN250~500 adopt an external bypass valve structure. The purpose is to reduce the pressure difference between the front and back of the valve to avoid high flow velocity, high erosion, and prevent the generation of high temperatures, thereby ensuring the safe operation of the oxygen pipeline network and reducing operating torque.
4. The bracket adopts a fully enclosed structure, and the protective cover plate on the bracket can be opened when pressing the filler, which plays a role in preventing oil and dust. And there is a clear oil ban mark.
5. The upper part of the valve stem is equipped with a dustproof device. All valve components in contact with oxygen undergo strict degreasing and oil prohibition measures before assembly. The packing and gasket material is polytetrafluoroethylene, which can ensure safe and reliable sealing during use.
6. This valve is equipped with an electrostatic safety device to avoid sparks caused by static electricity. A grounding screw is installed on the valve body flange to directly export static electricity from the valve through a wire, ensuring the safety of the valve's use.
