Product Description

Our company's ZZV self operated micro (differential) pressure regulating valve, also known as micro pressure nitrogen relief valve, is an energy-saving product that does not require external energy. By comparing the pressure changes and signals of the medium in the process pipeline, the force of the regulated medium is balanced with the output force of the actuator to achieve stable pressure and differential pressure value. The ZZCP-1 type differential pressure valve adopts a balanced single seat valve, which is stable in pressure, high in accuracy, and has good sealing performance, and is used to control small differential pressures.

The ZZCN-10 differential pressure valve adopts a double seat valve with a large flow coefficient. The valve core can be installed upside down to form two different types of products. The ZZV self operated micro (differential) pressure regulating valve is suitable for controlling the mixing ratio flow rate of two types of fuel gases in various industrial furnace combustion systems or for use in the sealing oil system of hydrogen cooled generator sets. At the same time, it can also be used for automatic control of pressure reduction, stabilization, or relief of various industrial gases.

The ZZV self operated micro (differential) pressure regulating valve adopts a balanced single seat valve and can adjust the set value freely during operation. Therefore, it is suitable for micro pressure automatic regulation of various industrial furnace combustion system fuel gases, petroleum in process products or oil storage tank protective gases, and heat treatment protective gases.
