Product Description

The ME20P top guided corrugated pipe single seat regulating valve is a bottomless top guided structure, with only one valve seat and a plunger shaped valve core. It has good sealing performance, small leakage, and sensitive action. The fluid channel is S-shaped, with small pressure drop loss, large valve capacity, accurate flow characteristics, large adjustable ratio, large guiding area of the valve core, and strong vibration resistance, Suitable for occasions with strict requirements for medium leakage and adjustment accuracy.

Product Features

The valve core adopts an upper guide structure, with a compact valve structure and an S-shaped channel, which reduces the daily pressure drop loss, has a large flow rate, a wide adjustable range, and high accuracy of flow characteristics. The leakage of the regulating valve is small, and when equipped with a multi spring diaphragm actuator, its structure is compact and the output force is large. However, due to the structural reasons of the valve, the imbalance force on the valve stem is relatively large, especially in the working condition of large nominal diameter, so the valve is only suitable for situations with small working pressure difference.
