The micro pressure nitrogen supply valve ZZYVP is mainly used for constant control of nitrogen pressure at the top of the storage tank to protect the scoop material inside the tank from being nitrided and ensure the safety of the storage tank. The pressure regulating valve with a controller consists of two main parts: a ZZDQ fast relief valve and a ZZV self operated micro pressure regulating valve. The quick release valve consists of a pressure controller and a ZMQ-16K single seat shut-off valve. When the pressure inside the storage tank rises to the set pressure, the quick release valve quickly opens to release excess pressure inside the tank. When the pressure inside the storage tank decreases, the micro pressure regulating valve opens and fills the tank with nitrogen gas. Due to the fact that the micro pressure regulating valve must be used at a pressure below 0.1Mpa, and the on-site pressure is high, a ZZYP type pressure regulating valve must be installed to reduce the pressure to below 0.1Mpa before use. The nominal pressure is 0.1Mpa, and the pressure can be set in sections from 0.5Kpa to below 66Kpa. The medium temperature is ≤ 80 ºC.

6. To ensure the safety of the storage tank, a breathing valve needs to be installed on the top of the tank.
7. The breathing valve plays a safety role and avoids the defects of frequent opening and closing and easy damage in conventional nitrogen sealing devices.
