EM870 pneumatic V-ball regulating valve, with a V-shaped core, can achieve linear adjustment and a wide adjustable range. When the valve is closed, a wedge-shaped shear effect occurs between the V-shaped notch and the valve seat, which not only has self-cleaning function but also prevents the ball core from getting stuck, making it particularly suitable for pipeline scaling and freezing situations. Suitable for controlling pulp and wastewater, containing fiber and particulate solid suspensions as well as powdery and granular media. The ZGH series cylinder piston actuator is equipped with a simple structure and high output torque.
This series of ball valves are divided into soft sealing and hard sealing according to their sealing performance; According to the regulation method, it is divided into regulation type and cut-off type. According to the action type, it is divided into single action type and double action type, and the regulation type is double action type. The unique advantage of the single acting type is that once the power source fails, the ball valve will automatically be in the closed or open position according to the requirements of the control system. The products are widely used in fields such as electricity, petroleum, chemicals, papermaking, light textile, food, pharmaceuticals, aerospace, etc.
